FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Executorium Announces December 31, 2026 Cutoff for Founders List
Founders will remain recognized with grandfathered privileges, enhanced listings, full company pages, and no-charge company-page enhancement through year-end.
TRANQUILITY, NEW JERSEY — August 26, 2026 — Executorium has announced that its Founders List will close to new entries after December 31, 2026, while remaining visible as a fixed acknowledgment of the companies that joined Executorium’s Estate Service Providers Directory during its first years.
The program was initiated in the opening days of Executorium to encourage estate service providers to participate in a directory that would help executors understand the professional resources around them. These early participants joined Executorium at a time when the site was still developing its structure, audience, taxonomy, and public resource model.
As Executorium transitions to a new taxonomy and architecture and progresses in its growth, the time has come to close the program for new entries, thus establishing a fixed list of Executorium’s earliest supporters.
The current Founders List is available at

Founders Privileges
Executorium Founders will be grandfathered into several directory privileges as the site moves into its next stage of organization, discovery, and growth.
- Founders will be listed in their county at no charge for the lifetime of the company, with a preview line underneath the listing, an enhanced listing, and a full company page.
- New companies will continue to be eligible for a free basic listing in Executorium’s Estate Service Providers Directory. However, company pages, preview lines, enhanced listings, and other features associated with a full listing and company page will become fee-based for new participants.
- Executorium Founders will be grandfathered and will not be required to pay fees for those directory services and features.
- Founders will be granted discounted advertising opportunities.
Company Page Enhancement for Founders
As part of the Founders List cutoff period, Executorium seeks to work with all Founders to enhance their company pages and optimize them for discovery. Executorium will provide this personalized company-page enhancement service at no charge through December 31, 2026.
After the December 31, 2026 cutoff, Founders may continue to log in and update or enhance their company pages directly.
Why the Change?
Executorium’s shift in taxonomy and architecture is being driven by the changing landscape of discovery, search engine visibility, and AI-assisted search. As executors increasingly look for practical estate help through search engines, AI tools, and structured online resources, Executorium is well positioned to present estate service providers for discovery by executors and search engines alike.
Positioned as a non-proprietary resource for executors, Executorium.com finds itself in a unique position to take advantage of the changing discovery technology. Executorium does not sell leads, provide referrals, or require a paywall or registration. Its mission is to serve as an open resource for executors, personal representatives, families, and estates.
These structural changes are an organic next phase in Executorium’s growth, allowing the site to better serve as a central hub for executor information, solutions, provider awareness, professional help, government resources, and estate-administration context in a changing discovery landscape shaped by search engines and AI-assisted tools.
New State Pages
Therefore, this restructuring includes combining Executorium’s Estate Service Providers Directory and Government Directory into simpler state pages. These state pages are intended to centralize information by state, bringing together estate service providers, county-level resources, government references, probate information, and estate-administration context in one clearer location.
For executors, this creates a more practical view of the estate landscape in a specific state or county. For search engines and AI-assisted discovery tools, it creates clearer topical, geographic, and service-category signals around estate administration, probate, executor support, government resources, and professional help.
New County Pages
Moving county pages from the directories to the state pages creates a cleaner, clearer structure for discovery and user experience. From these county pages, executors will be able to identify local estate service providers, probate and government resources, county-level references, and professional categories that may help move the estate forward. The outcome: Giving users a clearer view and awareness of the resources relevant to administering an estate in that county.
This structure also creates a stronger local estate resource for search engines by connecting geography, probate context, service categories, and executor-facing information in one centralized county page.
New Company Pages Optimized for Discovery
Executorium company pages are also being optimized as executor-facing landing pages, giving providers a place to explain their services in the specific context of estate administration rather than through a general company website alone. As part of Executorium.com’s broader restructuring for SEO and AI-assisted discovery, each company page can connect a provider to its state, county, service category, estate-related work, and executor-facing explanation. The intended result is clearer visibility for providers and stronger discovery signals for executors, search engines, and AI tools seeking relevant estate-administration resources.
Acknowledging Early Executorium.com Provider Participants
The Founders List reflects an early group of service providers registered for the Estate Service Providers Directory. This participation established early visibility to families, executors, personal representatives, and estates, and served as a foundation for Executorium.com.
Founders will continue to receive their grandfathered directory privileges for as long as Executorium can reasonably determine that the company remains in business. Those privileges include continued county-level participation, a preview line, an enhanced listing, and an executor-facing company page at no charge.
The Founders List will remain part of that history: a record of early companies that recognized the value of helping executors and families see the estate-service landscape more clearly.
Executorium extends its heartfelt gratitude to these estate service providers for their participation as we continue to build this essential resource for executors and estates.
“The Founders List recognizes companies that joined Executorium when the directory was still in its early stage and helped demonstrate that estate administration involves more than a single service, profession, or decision point.”
New Service Provider Participation Going Forward
New estate service providers will still be able to participate in Executorium going forward. Companies may be included through a simple free basic listing, or they may choose an enhanced listing with an executor-facing company page designed to explain who they are, where they serve, what estate-related services they provide, and how their work may fit into the estate-administration process.
Visibility for estate service providers is Executorium on mission. An understanding of the professional resources and service categories that may help executors and personal representatives move through estate administration is fundamental.
Executorium’s Purpose
Executorium is an open-access resource for executors, estates, personal representatives, and families. Its work centers on estate administration, executor education, estate-service visibility, government and probate references, and practical resources connected to the work of settling an estate.
Executorium does not sell estate services, provide referrals, endorse individual providers, or act as a lead broker. Its role is to disseminate estate-administration information, identify useful resources, and improve visibility across the estate-service landscape.
