New Executor-Facing Podcast: The Executorium Podcast

 

The creators of Probate Weekly and the publishers of Executorium.com have joined forces to create an executor-facing learning tool, The Executorium Podcast.  Featuring guests from across the many professions that service estates, The Executorium Podcast is intended to provide context for the many elements of estate administration.  Executors and Personal representatives can listen and gain insights on estate-focused topics such as Estate Cleanout, Probate Real Estate, Liquidation, Mediation, Organization, and Probate.  These discussions are valuable to executors of estates, as most executors and personal representatives may have no prior experience in any of these areas.  They are dealing with many of these duties for the first time, under conditions that are likely emotional and very often overwhelming.

The individual episodes will delve into the practical matters of administering an estate.  Guests are selected from across the landscape of estate administration.  Owners of Estate Cleanout companies, Probate Attorneys, Probate Real Estate Specialists, Grief Coaches, Dispute Resolution Mediators, Auctioneers, Estate Sale Managers, and other estate providers share their knowledge and experiences for the benefit of executors who may be engaging these very services.  As a hub of estate information, rather than a purveyor of products or services, Executorium’s first objective is to show the executor the practical matters of estate settlement.

Probate Weekly’s Bill Gross hosts The Executorium Podcast.  Bill, The LA Probate Expert, is a specialist in probate real estate and the founder of Probate Weekly.  The principle of the real estate professional being an asset to the executor in the form of information, probate navigation, and providing a network of estate providers is central to Bill’s philosophy and the message of Probate Weekly.  Bill recognized the advantages of building up visibility of estate information, resources, and providers for executors.  Bill’s end goal is to make the professional community around estates more knowledgeable and thus valuable, and the experience for executors less complicated.

Executorium.com was created to provide executors with an understanding of the work of estate administration and the responsibilities of probate.  As an open resource with no services and no products, Executorium’s deliverable is the dissemination of information.  Education is the remedy to improve understanding of new environments, new challenges, and new life situations.  Most executors find themselves facing all three, and Executorium.com exists to provide reference, context, and routes to solutions.
