EstateExec Wins 2026 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award for Estate Administration Software
Award recognizes augmented intelligence platform designed to simplify probate and estate settlement for families and professionals
SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 27, 2026 — EstateExec™ announced it has been named a winner in the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards, earning recognition in the augmented intelligence category for software designed to simplify probate and estate settlement. The award program recognized winners across 36 industries and 15 countries, according to the company’s announcement.
EstateExec said the recognition highlights its use of artificial intelligence within a human-led process, helping both consumers and legal professionals settle estates more easily while keeping the user in control. The company said its platform combines step-by-step settlement guidance with estate accounting tools and embeds AI into functions such as will analysis, financial transaction download, and automatic categorization of estate-related activity.
“Augmented intelligence” refers to incorporating artificial intelligence into a human-led workflow, allowing technology to support decision-making without replacing the human role, the release said. EstateExec stated that this approach helps reduce effort and uncertainty for executors, especially first-time users navigating the estate settlement process.
“We are honored to receive this award,” said Dan Stickel, CEO and founder of EstateExec. “Looking back to when we started, over 10 years ago, it’s amazing to me how far we’ve come, and how powerful and helpful EstateExec has become. It’s gratifying to see independent reviewers and judges recognize the results of all this work, and the ways in which we have improved the lives of millions of people.”
Jasmine Hathaway, co-founder of Professionals of After Loss Services, said EstateExec helps after-loss professionals support executors with administrative and logistical responsibilities. “Our organization is dedicated to equipping after loss professionals with essential skills, and we are delighted to work together with EstateExec,” Hathaway said in the release. “Our members help estate executors with all sorts of logistical and administrative tasks, from paperwork to estate accounting to property disposition, and EstateExec specializes in providing a powerful framework to organize and manage the entire settlement process.”
EstateExec said its platform supports every state, province, and territory in the United States and Canada. The company said the software is free to try and available for a one-time fee of $199 per estate, with volume discounts for professional organizations and dashboard tools for managing multiple matters.
