Estate Mediation can be an off-ramp from the Estate Litigation Expressway. Stretching from Inheritance Pass to Rancorville, The Estate Litigation Expressway has led more than a few families to breakdown after breakdown. Awareness of the option to bring in a neutral mediator can save an estate money, and a family – relationships. A court may order mediation. Or either party can propose it. A willingness to work through areas of discord in a contentious estate will be music to a probate judge’s ears, who is likely seeking to clear a docket, and move your case off his or her desk.
