Welcome House Thrift Store is a nonprofit or community donation resource in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The organization states that it accepts clothing, shoes, books, furniture, antiques, crafts, household goods and similar reusable items. This can make the location useful to executors and families sorting estate personal property that remains clean, usable and appropriate for charitable resale or redistribution. Important limits noted by the organization include no large household appliances, light fixtures or medical equipment.

Donation hours and acceptance rules may differ from shopping or office hours, and organizations may temporarily limit categories because of storage, staffing, safety or seasonal needs. Donors should not leave items outside designated donation times unless the organization explicitly permits it. Save a trip! Call first to confirm hours and that they are accepting what you’re bringing.
