Watonwan County Humane Society accepts specific physical supplies for animals housed through its St. James shelter. Its official donation page lists current needs such as wet cat and dog food, unscented clumping litter, pill pockets, dog leashes, Kongs and other toys, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and related animal-care supplies. The shelter also maintains online wish lists. This is a specialized donation option and should not be treated as a general-purpose thrift store or outlet for unrestricted estate contents.

For executors and families, the resource can be useful when sorting unopened pet food, clean animal supplies, laundry products, paper goods, or other items that directly match the shelter’s current list. The society operates a physical shelter in St. James. Save a trip! Call first to confirm hours and that they are accepting what you’re bringing.
