The Salvation Army’s official Vicksburg location directory identifies a thrift store at 528 Mission 66. The Salvation Army Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi Division states that its thrift stores provide a place to donate gently used clothing, household goods and other reusable items, and describes typical store inventory including furniture, electronics, kitchenware, home décor, books, music and movies. These donated goods help support Salvation Army programs and provide a reuse outlet for household property.

For estate cleanouts, this location may be suitable for clean, usable clothing, household items, furniture, electronics and similar resale goods, subject to local acceptance rules and current capacity. The telephone shown is the official Vicksburg Salvation Army local contact number; donors with large loads, furniture, appliances or uncertain items should confirm directly before traveling. Hazardous, broken, unsafe or unsanitary items should not be assumed acceptable.

Executors, administrators, and families sorting estate property should treat this as a targeted donation option, not an assumption that every household item will be accepted. Confirm current needs, condition standards, quantity limits, and drop-off or pickup arrangements before transporting property.
