The Red Door Thrift Store in Clare is a volunteer-supported resale shop established to support Joshua’s House Maternity Home. Its official site publishes regular donation hours and states that all store merchandise is donated. This is a useful smaller local option for executors and families with reusable estate goods that fit the shop’s current needs.

Because the site does not publish a comprehensive accepted-item list, donors should call before bringing furniture, appliances, large quantities or specialty property. Donation windows are limited, and the store may decline items that cannot be safely handled or resold. Save a trip! Call The Red Door Thrift Store first to confirm hours and that they are accepting what you’re bringing.
