Preparing the Property for the Market

Rather than simply handing you a list of recommended improvements, we help determine which projects are worth doing, which ones aren’t, and how to get the work accomplished.

Depending on the property and circumstances, we can help coordinate clean-outs, repairs, maintenance, cosmetic improvements, contractors, property preparation, staging recommendations, and other services needed to get a home market-ready.

In appropriate situations, certain approved improvements may even be structured so that they are paid from the seller’s equity at closing, reducing the need for the seller to come up with cash upfront.

Our goal isn’t to renovate every house. It’s to identify the improvements that make sense for the property, the seller’s goals, the available equity, and the market.

Others may have a property that needs substantial work, an estate that needs to be settled quickly, or circumstances where convenience and certainty are more important than completing repairs.
