The St. Vincent de Paul Westbank thrift store in Marrero accepts gently used items that can be sold as-is. Its official thrift-store page specifically lists gently used clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and children, along with a variety of household goods and décor. The store also sells furniture and other reusable merchandise. Donors should provide clean, saleable goods and call ahead about furniture, bulky pieces, electrical items or other categories not specifically identified on the current donation list.

Purchases and donated inventory support St. Vincent de Paul programs providing assistance to neighbors in need, including help related to clothing, furniture, housing, utilities, food, medical care and transportation. For executors working in Jefferson Parish, the Marrero store provides a mission-driven outlet for wearable clothing and reusable household contents rather than sending serviceable property directly to disposal.
