St. Martin Thrift Store is a Catholic parish thrift shop serving the Millinocket area. The Diocese of Portland lists the store at 112 Maine Avenue and provides the published telephone number for people who want to donate or volunteer. The program keeps usable goods in circulation through local resale and provides another donation outlet in northern Penobscot County.

The diocesan page does not provide a comprehensive item-by-item acceptance list, so donors should confirm current needs and restrictions before bringing clothing, household goods or other estate property. Small volunteer thrift shops may have changing storage constraints or seasonal limits, making advance contact particularly important for furniture, appliances or larger quantities. Save a trip! Call St. Martin Thrift Store first to confirm hours and that they are accepting what you’re bringing.
