St. Francis House Clothing Program accepts clean practical adult clothing, shoes, belts, backpacks, coats, professional attire, and new packaged socks and undergarments listed by the clothing program. Clothing donations are received at the downtown Boston location on specified weekdays; qualifying pickups are available for six or more large bags by arrangement. Donated goods should be clean, usable, and appropriate for the program; acceptance can change with storage capacity and current need. The program does not accept children’s goods, household items, used undergarments, damaged or discolored clothing, or food.
