Second Blessings Thrift Store is a Catholic Charities of Central Louisiana resale program in Alexandria. Current organization information identifies the thrift store as a social-enterprise project, and published opening information states that donations are received on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon, with covered donation boxes available beside the store for additional drop-off access. The store handles clothing and accessories, furniture, home décor, housewares, bedding, toys, jewelry, luggage and other reusable resale goods.

Income from Second Blessings supports Catholic Charities of Central Louisiana operations and services, including assistance related to basic needs, disaster response and other community programs. The location can be useful for executors with a mix of ordinary estate personal property. Because receiving windows and space can change, particularly for furniture or larger quantities, donors should confirm current capacity before loading an estate cleanout vehicle.
