Attorney Referral Network: We match you with a licensed vetted attorney in the jurisdiction needed. We provide technology support (document automation) and non legal customer support (fast response to non legal questions and help with tasks) to you and the attorney. There is no additional cost, we are compensated by the attorney and we provide non legal supervision on the attorney ensuring a timely response and filing of forms. The cost is the traditional attorney fee which will vary slightly depending on your case.

Scrivnr Guided: We provide a non attorney led program where we provide you all of the “legal information” and completed forms so you can probate the estate without an attorney. This is designed for the simple cases and for those who are sure they are capable of going to court and performing their administrative duties without any legal advice. Scrivnr will guide you and answer non legal questions, however we cannot provide any legal advice.
$3,000 for Full Probate or Summary Administration Process

$300 for a qualifying “Small Estate” process where court is not involved.

Financing: For those situations that require more funds than the administrator has or is willing to fund the estate and wait to be reimbursed (can take more than a year), we offer financing. With all of our financing we only consider the estate and not your personal financial situation. No credit check and no personal gurantees.

Probate Startup: Typically to start probate you will need to pay an attorney retainer, court fees, public notice (legal ad) and provide a fiduciary bond. These expenses can add up to about $10,000. Scrivnr can pay all of these expenses upfront for a flat fee of $2,000. There is no time element, and we are paid back only if your case is successful and the estate has the liquid cash to pay. You are not personally responsible.

Estate Administration: Often there is a big issue that arises that dwarfs the financial resources of the estate and family. This can be a foreclosure, damage to the property or simply doing the necessary cleanup/repairs to the home to sell it. We can provide capital to the estate to help the administrative process. We charge a simple 20% flat fee, and are paid back when the estate is liquid. There is no time element to our fee and no one personally guarantees the financing.

Inheritance Advances: There are times where some family members need to get their inheritance now and cannot wait till the end of the process. We offer advances to heirs. Advances do not affect anyone else inheritance. The fee for an advance is 30% and the advance is paid back to us out of the distribution of that heirs inheritance.
