R. T. Prince Memorial Public Library is a public-library donation point within Central Mississippi Regional Library System. The library system’s first-party donation policy confirms that it accepts books, DVDs, CDs, and video games in good condition. Donated materials become library property and are evaluated for condition, relevance, and suitability; items may be added to the collection, used by Friends groups or book sales, distributed within the system, or otherwise handled under library policy.

This is a limited-category donation resource rather than a general household-goods donation center. It can nevertheless be useful during an estate cleanout when executors or families have suitable books, media, or other specifically accepted library materials that should be reused rather than discarded. Acceptance can vary based on condition, age, space, and current collection needs.

For an executor, administrator, or family sorting estate property, this can be a useful targeted donation option for usable goods that are no longer needed by the estate. Confirm current condition standards, quantity limits, donation procedures, and whether bulky, unusual, or estate-sized loads can be accommodated before transporting property.
