New Hope Midcoast
Services
New Hope Midcoast accepts selected physical donations supporting people affected by domestic abuse. Its current wish list includes household and personal-care basics and states that it is accepting new and gently used high-quality clothing and accessories for its annual Shop for Hope program. Clothing must be resale-ready, without stains or tears, and donors are instructed to contact the Development Director before bringing goods to the Rockland office.
The organization also notes that clothing, bedding and housewares may be accepted from time to time, so availability and storage capacity matter. This is best treated as a call-first resource for high-quality clothing, accessories and currently requested household essentials, not as an unrestricted estate cleanout site. Donations support advocacy and survivor services across Maine’s Midcoast. Save a trip! Call New Hope Midcoast first to confirm hours and that they are accepting what you’re bringing.
