Mass Appeal is a Wellfleet nonprofit that accepts gently used clothing and other selected reusable goods for free distribution in the Outer Cape community. Its current program includes clothing, shoes, linens, toys, children’s books, towels, bedding and related accessories, with seasonal limits on the types of clothing being accepted. Donations are sorted by volunteers and items that meet the organization’s quality standards are made available without charge to people who need them. This is a useful specialized outlet for executors with clean clothing, linens and smaller personal-property categories, but it is not a general furniture or full-household donation center.
