Jackson County Animal Shelter – In-Kind Donations accepts blankets, towels, pet supplies, cleaning supplies, pet food, toys, and other shelter wish-list items. The organization provides a Mississippi donation option for reusable estate and household property that can be redirected to charitable use rather than disposal.

For an executor, administrator, or family sorting estate property, this can be a useful targeted donation option when the listed goods are still usable but no longer needed by the estate. Do not assume the organization accepts every household item or an entire estate load. Confirm current condition standards, quantity limits, drop-off or pickup procedures, and whether bulky, unusual, or estate-sized donations can be accommodated before moving property.
