Hope Chest Resale Shop is the local resale program of St. Ignace Area Hope in Saint Ignace, Michigan. Its official site states that the shop accepts good, clean clothing, household items, toys, knickknacks and similar reusable goods. Proceeds support the organization’s community assistance work, making this a practical option for executors and families sorting usable personal property from a Mackinac County estate.

The shop reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet its standards, so donated goods should be clean, usable and appropriate for resale. Large loads or unusual items should be discussed in advance because storage and acceptance can change. Save a trip! Call Hope Chest Resale Shop first to confirm hours and that they are accepting what you’re bringing.
