As a Certified Probate Realtor Specialist (CPRES), my services include: Obtaining an Inheritance Loan as needed, Assistance with obtaining needed services for the property such as Insurance, Lawn Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and other Repairs as needed, Estate Sale for the Contents of the Home, Sale of the Probate Property, and assistance with obtaining a Probate Attorney if needed. I work closely with the Attorney as it involves the Probate Process.
