During her years as a Realtor, Joan’s passion has always been about helping others. When she initially started her career 30+ years ago, her passion was to assist first time home buyers achieve their homebuying dreams. Because they were assisted with patience and diligence, she is now helping them to sell and re-purchase, or expand their real estate portfolio with investment property opportunities, thereby assisting buyers and sellers in all price ranges. While the passion is still there for first time buyers, she has now completed and received two specialty certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). Her focus has shifted to include these two areas to help anyone that is going through a change in life circumstance.
And whether buying or selling a one-bedroom condominium, a large luxury home, or multi-residential units, clients can expect the same level of attention to detail and service. Her responsibility is to provide clients with as much information as possible so that they may buy or sell with the confidence in knowing that they have made an informed decision.
