ACTS Thrift Store in Olivia accepts gently used and well-cared-for donations and sells clothing, accessories, décor and other reusable goods. ACTS states that donations can be dropped at its main building and publishes accepted categories including furniture, décor, knick-knacks, gently worn clothing, jewelry, accessories, and working exercise or outdoor equipment.

The nonprofit uses its stores to provide employment training and community integration opportunities for people with disabilities. ACTS specifically excludes televisions, computers and monitors, mattresses, and heavily soiled or damaged furniture. Executors with larger or unusual estate items should verify acceptance before loading or transporting them. Save a trip! Call first to confirm hours and that they are accepting what you’re bringing.
