Abby’s House Thrift Shop accepts selected donated goods at its Worcester donation center, with sales supporting housing, shelter and advocacy programs for women and children. Current accepted categories include new and gently used women’s clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories, selected household goods, complete bedding sets, new health and beauty products, and certain new children’s clothing or toys. The shop does not accept large furniture, men’s clothing, used baby equipment, books, computers, televisions, exercise equipment or damaged clothing. Donations are received at the rear donation entrance during specified hours. Executors should use this resource for qualifying smaller household and personal-property categories and check the current list before delivery.
